Be confident and know that you can trust your vehicle to someone with experience.

Lexington Auto Glass, LLC has been entrusted with and has brought the finest quality and care of vehicles to our friends and neighbors for almost
50 years, since 1960. Lexington Auto Glass still follows the path of excellence that the late Ed Parks, the original Owner and Operator, always took pride
and confidence in.

Today, Charles Melton, Lisa Melton, and Mike Warren are car lovers who enjoy restoring new or older cars with the quality that they give to their own vehicles and can pass on to their customers.

Alert — Things to Know:
Insurance Steering is a crime. Don't become a victim.

Some of our customers have reported that their insurance company contacted them claiming they could not "guarantee" our work for automobile glass replacement. Below is a list of things you should know about your rights and about what an insurance company cannot do regarding any insured repair work to your vehicle.

An insurance company cannot decide where you can or cannot take your vehicle for repairs. You have the right to take your vehicle to the repair shop of your choosing, not theirs.

An insurance company cannot deceive you by telling you that we will not work with them. We will work with any insurance company.

An insurance company cannot deceive you by telling you that they cannot guarantee our work. They cannot guarantee the work of any repair shop. Besides, we already guarantee our work.

This type of behavior on the part of an insurance company is called insurance steering and is illegal. Should your insurance company
use any of these tactics on you, tell us about it. Then, if you would like,
we can report the incident for you to the Insurance Commissioner of North Carolina.
